Mo’s Midtown Changes Hands

Pedro Urena and his family have officially purchased Mo’s Midtown and are now running the popular restaurant located at 25 Whitney Street. The former owner, Stan Nowak, is working to make the transition as smooth as possible and, as of last weekend, even helping out with the cooking. There will be a few changes in the menu and weekly – even daily specials – including a batch of dishes from the Dominican Republic, Pedro’s homeland. Old customers should cut the new employees a little slack as they get the routine down, especially on busy weekends.
